interesting trailer fenders. What are they made of?

the fenders are fiberglass. they trap air under the wells and actually float the trailer. some say its easier to launch/load the boat. id still like to see it when there is a current. seems like that would make it tough.

I like the ski tow. But I bet the rope is hard on da scoop.
Sweet looking rig. A price would help.
