I will toss this out there for "someone in the know". After replacing a few floors, stringers, and transoms, I see there is a variety of materials used to attach/bond the floors, stringers and transoms to the hull. When building new boats, what kind of adhesive/bedding agent is actually used? What type (or brand) of product is used? Thanks.

I am no expert.
From everything I have seen. Fiberglass is laid up directly over the wood. The resin used to bond fiberglass, bonds to wood very well.
Usually Stringers are encased in glass...
Someone elaborate or correct me...
