Yep.........it's that time of the year when I start begging for sponsors for my Bride of 27 years.
She is a partispant again in the San Diego 3 day 60 mile Breast Cancer Walk. This is her 3rd year in a row. Currently she is averaging 50 miles per week in her work out.
She must raise $2,200.00 for this event.
Any small token is very appreciated.

Dear Hot Boat Peeps,
Without a cure, an estimated 5 million Americans will be diagnosed with breast cancer – and more than 1 million could die – over the next 25 years. That's a pretty startling statistic. No one should have to face this disease, so in order to create a future without breast cancer, I walk in the Breast Cancer 3-Day.
It's a 60-mile walk over the course of three days that raises funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. This year the event will take place in San Diego on November 21st thru 23rd. I have had and incredible experience participating in this event over the last two years. And I have met so many incredible people who have been affected by this disease.
Eight years ago my cousins Shari and Karin formed a team called “Saving Second Base” and started participating yearly in this event. I joined the team three years ago. I walk for my Aunt Charlene, whom is a survivor of this terrible disease. I walk for my friends who have been diagnosed. Walking 60 miles is hard, but I will keep walking until breast cancer is no more. I walk because everyone deserves a lifetime. I walk because I can.
