avatar and pictures

Can anyone help me, i cant figure out how to post avatar and pictures. I just got a new digital camera and am dying to post. I posted a picture on the media and that is far as i got. Thanks

Were both in the same boat dude. So to speak. Get out of my boat, it's only a 6 seater and these 5 chicks are goin for a ride. :p I could probably figure it out if I had say,a couple of spare weeks. I'll keep workin on it and reply if I figure it out. Peace man

The only way I could get mine to work was to post my picture on my website and use that URL to reference the pic. My profile would not save the image when it was referenced to the ***boat site (reader rides). Tim

Download your pic in the media center.
Right click on the pic after it is downloaded.
Click properties.
Highlight the url address.
Right click it.
Copy.
Come back to the boards and type your message.
In your message type
Right click and paste the url address.
Type at the end of the url.
No spaces.
Preview the post to make sure you got it right.

Also.
Make sure you open your pic.
If you right click and copy the url of the thumbnail you will post the thumbnail!
Also, another thing that will help. Press Ctrl N that will open a second window. You can have the media center in one window and the forum on another.
Use Ctrl Tab to switch back and forth.
