Carson Palmer just signed a 6 year/$118M contract extension that keep him in Cincinnati through 2014. That's over $150M in contract money since he was drafted. That, my friend, is BIG TIME.
I think you can only count the signing bonus's to evaluate BIG TIME.
Those numbers are staggering but I'm sure like most all NFL contracts none is guaranteed.
If a player doesn't recover from injuries or perform that contract is just a piece of paper that LOOKS big time.
