Profile Boats. Did they go out of buisness?

Did Profile go out of buisness? Their website is no longer working.

I know it was under new ownership and a second location was opened in Richland Center, WI. In fact that's probably the new H.Q. b/c the new owner lives there.
Whether or not they are still building boats today is beyond me...They had several going when I stopped in to see the new place but that was summer 2007. Chad
