Now you have.:D This is my friend Jory's (Frosted Tips on the boards) 19' Daytona Sterndrive that he is puting back together. This thing looks really wild with that big drive hanging off of the back of it. Unfortunately I had to take these pictures with my cell phone and they don't do the boat justice, it is a true work of art.
P.S. Hey Frosty, I'm still faster than you until you pass me.....I'm waiting:idea: :D
Here's a video of the motor running.

Seems like alot of weight above the meat of the transom, hope it all works out for your buddy, what made your buddy go this route, is it supposed to be quicker than a Jet?? or is he wanting to be fast?
Just curious, looks pretty cool!...for a prop boat

Holy crap be careful that drive is going to act like a lever. On a v-hull no big deal but on a air packer could be scary.
Should be fast and low and medium speed drivability dead nuts.
Nice boat!

Went for a rip in that boat about ten years ago at Shasta. First rate ride for sure. Should be a hand full with the stand off box!
