I have 2 londonbridge timeshares for sale!!
one is for odd years and one is for even years, both are for 1brm suites,
asking 1600.00 each transfer fees are 130.00 which ill pay and buyer is responsable for 2009 maint fees which I believe are about 200.00 a year.
You get a free week any week you choose during your year, and can use bonus time any other time you want to go which I believe is about 65.00 a night!!! Not bad since the room rates during the summer are about 250-300 a night!!!!
the room is a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen and pull out sofa in the living room. sleeps 4
have your own boat slip while you stay there also!!!!!
possable trade for???.... looking for bravo transom assembly, bravox drive, upholstery, boat painting, installation of 2 500hp motors and assemblys in my 31 sonic, or trade for whatcha got???.......!!!!!!!!!!!!
