To simple questions.....I got a set of Harden Logs. What should i torque them to?? And do you guys use lock (split) washers on the logs or just bolts no washers???

My persoanl experience (right or wrong) I used lock washers, never seize on the bolts, fiber gasket (not the metal reinforced type), no sealant on the gasket and then tightened the bolts down (did not use a torque wrench), rechecked when I got home - that was two months ago and several outings later with no problems.

Lock washers and I did use the metal reinforced gaskets. Didn't have any problems. This time, with the new headers I am trying the fiber gaskets. We'll see what happens.

I used no gasket and a thin bead of Ultra Copper, seems to be doing just fine.
