First off, DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER!!!
I do not work for ***boat but have recently been asked to help with the message boards as there is no one left to do so.
***boat is no longer in publication under the current, or past ownership. The print magazine has been completely shut down. The company now resides with a law firm and is in the process of negotiation with a new potential buyer.
I do not have any information regarding subscriptions or advertising in relation to either the print magazine or this site.
I am sorry if some of you have current subscriptions that will not be filled or refunded. I do not know what the outcome of that will be, if any.
I have been told that this website will be shutting down very shortly with no notice, other than this post.
I too have enjoyed ***boat for many years and am sad that it has come to this.
I just wanted to post up this information as many of you have had questions. Unfortunately this is all of the information I have been given about the matter. If I hear anything else, or the information changes, I will let you know.
