first the pic you want to post must be on the web
like in the ***boat image gallery or similar
on the pic you want to post,right click,you will now see,properties at the bottom of the pop up, left click on properties up,highlight the URL,by left clicking on it and dragging the cursur across the URL once it is highlighted,right click select,copy
now go to where you post,type in your message,then scroll the page down a bit,you'll see instant UBB code,click image,in the pop up,right click select, paste...Ta ...da
click preview post to make sure your pic is there,
That'll be 5.00 please :D

There...now before you copy it click on the pic to enlarge it.
In your profile it says select different avatar...when the box comes up insert the URL from the pic you want(same way as posting a pic...copy and paste)click set URL, then at the top click select this avatar,you have to post once to get it to show

If you want the small version as your avatar, right click the small one you posted above (with the "thumb" in the code), copy the code.
Go to your profile click the change avatar command and paste this code into the box that says "use custom url". Then hit set url, then hit select this avatar, close that little window and hit "update profile". :)
The larger image just doesn't have the "thumb" in the code...that's the only difference.
