i would like to say thank you, for all the great feedback. one question, Pyramid Summer Blowout" here in a couple of weeks. what is this i've never been to one of those, what go-s on. is it like a boat show, or a a race. and exactly what dates. here are some more pics.

Well, I will give you the lowdown on the soon to be coming "Pyramid Summer Blowout". Essentialy what happens is:
Everyone shows up Sat night and freeze our asses off waiting for sunup
Cheetah gets his ride stuck at 2am
On the water at 6:30 (thats am)
Gig fries his head
DD commanderes any unattended lounge chairs
Several speed runs
Awesome BBQ on the beach
All women in attendace are topless by 10 am (although that didnt happen last time, heres hoping that it does THIS time)
And there you have it....details will soon follow. -DD Out

I keep going back to look at your ride and the more I see it the more I like. I just gave away some billet breather caps sorry , should have saved'm for you....don't forget to fix the broken trailer lights, if you can find some CORRISION X spray some into the little light sockets/bulbs will keep them water & corrison proof! :cool: Who did the gel-coat for you? How much?

well as far as the breather goes. i was cleaning the valve covers and i took them off and forgot to put them on again i have crome ones on their now. the trailer lights, yes i have the get those changed beacause i'm gonna drive up to havasue labor day weekend. and the gelcoat. well guess what brother. its the original gelcoat. 1978 i bought the boat from the original owner. he had it garaged all the time. so to keep it that way everytime i take the boat out and bring it back i change the oil for one thing and polish/wax the gelcoat. it does of course have a couple tiny scratches but it seems to be going away everytime i wax it.
well was nice hearing from all you guys and "Rickster" if you want come down to havasue labor day i'll give you a ride. and get you to like it even more.
