I have enjoyed your posts from afar and decided to join the boards......You guys and gals are good people from what I see with the exception of a few mis-communacation gaps from time to time but it seems to all is well here. :cool:

You know what, I do have one of those wink And I have question for any one with some knowledge of these ol'schoolers. What I have is a 78 Marlin with a 403 olds, Jc berk w/ a a impeller. Now heres my ?, marlin made an open bow that year and the model was called the aries. What was the closed bow called????? :confused:

Thanks for the info 455, when I get some pics done, I will post them. I came up with either the Mercury or the tigershark. It really doesn't give a separation on the two but its good enough for now. :D
