I got only one, It didn't hurt that much when I did it, you know Sizzle then pull away. It bubbled up nice and then about one week later I accidently rubbed the Skin off, now that HURT!

Many years ago, when I still had my Challenger with Rewarder pipes, my girlfriend burned flesh right off her hand.
We had been runing around the lake and pulled up to our beach. We'd been drinking some beer on the boat and she was kind of tipsy. Anyway, she stood up and kind of lost her balance. She reached out to balance herself and put her left hand right on the top of the pipes just where they curved from vertical to horizontal. Her hand was on there just a moment or two, but those pipes burned her hand real deep. The skin just kind of vaporized and burned down into the muscles. It was nasty.
Part of why I got rid of the pipes when kids came along. eek!

Call 'em "rookie scars" or whatnot but everyone that spends time around headers get's them. I think I'm up to 10 at least. Only about 3 bad ones though. Only one of them was alcohol related. Most of them were Chevy related. :D

I got two in the same day. My buddy got one on the fore head the same day too. I got a piece of wood trapped in my water hose. pulled up to the beach took the hose off slipped in the sand pissssst. yeeeeeouch. got up put the hose back on, boat moved because a jetskier didnt know what "no wake" really means. Pisssssssst again. I now let it all cool down before I get neer those open cookers...
