O.K. now one guys working and two are Supervising.(they must work for Caltrans during the Day) Is that a Rogers Drag Star?

He had to put a new jet intake after a test run. It blew about a 12x3 inch hole in it. Needless to say he made a mad dash to beach it. They had to lower a trailer down the hill with a tractor and tow it up the same way.
