gas pedal assembly

has anyone modified their stringer mount gas pedal or made a custom one? i have a stringer mount pedal that puts my knee right up next to the steering wheel and i need to find a trick way to bring the pedal out towards the passenger side of the boat thanks for any ideas or pics anyone may have.

Here is what I did to solve that problem, sorry the picture is not that good but you will get idea. I just bent up some alluminum to what was comfi to me!

rex i have the same one you have on your website. i did notice you make 2 different sizes for the stringer mount though. i wonder if the small version will work if i try and mount it down inside the tunnell in the center of the boat and bolt it up there instead of the stringer . ? :confused:
