how much room in a 21 daytona with a jet?

I think I have my talked into a 21 ft eliminator daytona but how much room is there in these boats.do you have room for colers and how many people?we are also looking at the BBC jet drive version.it anyone has any pics that would be great

Outside of having to climb over the seats, I love that setup with the three buckets.

very nice setup.is there any room under the deck for a ice chest or misc.?I have a 19ft Cheyenne and theres no room for anything

Yes, there is some storage under the deck, I have a subwoofer, paddle, ski vest ropes, etc up there (hmm..maybe I should take a page out of the outboard guys books and take everything out that isn't bolted down and even some stuff that is bolted down such as seats before I make my next speed run :) ). It can be difficult to get stuff way in the back though unless you are skinny or a contortionist. The other problem with the Daytona is that the floor is not flat, you've got to contend with the raised areas of the two large tunnels running the length of the floor. You can see that in the 2nd picture, I included a cooler there for scale, that is one of the larger (12pk) playmate coolers.

Oh I forgot to mention too that the middle seat in my setup is smaller than usual, my fat butt doesn't fit in it. Perfect for petite the wife/GF or kids.

svtrich, if your looking to move on a 21' Daytona, there is a really nice one (from the pic anyway) in the boat trader right now. I think it was in Az. or Ca., good looking wine red gel with BBC/Berkeley, turn key for mid $13K price. Happy hunting-
