NICE, must have been sitting in a Garage and under a boat cover for 7yrs. What a Find. Did they all come with filled seams ( capped Hull ) or was that an option ?

Changed the oil put some mystery oil in cyl. new plugs adj valves fresh gas and she lit right off sounds real healthy the guy hardly used the boat and it sat in his garage covered all the time. its an ls6 with a bigger cam in it also he had the pump blueprinted well be on the river 6 to 8th bullhead and needles!!

Awesome boat! I know how you feel. I just brought my old boat home from 10 years in storage. It's a 1978 Sanger Sprint jet I bought new in '78. Took it apart in 1993 and that's where it ended. Been paying storage on it ever since. Paint and interior are still in excellent condition. I have the original engine almost back together now and can't wait to hear it again. I will definitely post some pix when it is done!

Dossangers, That big ass rudder really makes a difference at low speed, like bring the boat back on trailer. My old pump had one, I could drive Straight to Trailer no problem! My new pump with droop snoot and no rudder is all over the Boat ramp. But with the droop I think I have enough in the water without adding more. I guess I will have to Paddle it in V-Drive Style. wink
