Does anyone know of a caulk/sealant that is impervious to gas? Silicone/permatex blisters when gas hits it.

The right stuff. Any auto parts store should have it. I know O'Reilly does. Its the best stuff I have ever used.
5200 or 4200. Is this to make a gasket? If so this will not work. RTV red for a great gasket maker/sealer.

hbjet sorry for the long response time but i only have a computer at work. I want to seal up around my deck fill. i got new flush mounted fuel fills from rex and my boat has a slight crown on the surface they mount.

then the 5200 mentioned earlier will work great. The stuff sets up semi firm and holds really well. Its made by 3m and can be found at most boat repair shops.
