I just completed a reupholstery job including woodwork. What do you want to know? I copied my old rotten seats. I did the work myself. I cheated and bought prefab buckets from Overtons.com and matched the back seats to match. The woodwork was all me.

Tahiti, Don't go buy there dimesions unless the boat is identical. I have built a few intriors and all have differed. You can check out my web page and look at the yellow boat and the white boat. I did the interior on both those boats and the yellow one is the most recent. on the web page there are pictures if the build-up.

Those are my seats and frames in my 19' Hallett. The frame work is actually simple, and the nicest thing about doing and interior, its better to go with new frames AND new vinyl. The new vinyl will be cut to the frames. If you are using your old vinly, your frame dimensions must match the old ones. If not, it wont fit.
But as far as new frames and vinyl, you can modify it as you see fit. If you need taller fronts, or wider passenger seats, or more room to walk down the centerline, you can do what you need. Just make sure both sides are the same.
