we need to put this in your mind that space is going to run out at the avi and we want every one that is going to the event to be as comfortable as possible( it sucks to have to drive some were else when all the action is happening at the avi . so if you have not registerd for your room then i would call them today and make the aggreanments. 1800 avi 2 win and tell them that you are with the classic boat beach bash. and ( you might have to say group sales ) hope to see you all out there! when i say space will run out i mean that if you wait believe it or not last year the htel was full and some people could not stay there! wink

Is there a place close to the festivites for us motorhomers? I have never been that far upriver, so I was wondering if this is a Hotel only event.
Let me know as soon as you can so I can get my place.

19 foot Anthony WJ/mod jet if all else fails there is a walmart just down the road on the az side you can always park overnight in a motorhome at any one of them across the country. needles marina camp ground could be another alternative. and lastly me and linda might be persuaded to give yuh our room if need be and we'll stay down in willow valley. does the avi aloow people to stay in their lot with motorhomes i'd bet they do. might be worth a phone call or just doing it. from what i heard most of the guys partied in the lot with their rigs untill realy late anyway. .02 -jas

Thanks for letting me know that, i called back and got my room. I am really looking forward to going. my 72 skv might not look all fine and slick, but its a classic that im restoring as the money comes along. Im going to use it as long as it runs lol and thats the main objective, that it runs lol! A 72 skv rehab page (http://www.skv4me.0catch.com/) boat in progress that runs is more fun than a boat that is cherry that is sitting in the driveway not running lol www.skv4me.0catch.com/DCP_0073.JPG
