New To The Boards Here.just Wanted To Say Hello.just Picked Up A Tx-19 Less Motor And Jet.getting To Install My Motor And Jet Out Of My 1979 Kachina.should I Expect Any Speed Gains From The Kachina To The Tx-19.if So How Much Should I Expect.thanks For Any Imput.

I would say that you should expect some gain. Not sure how much. Depends on power & setup.

It's A 468 Chevy 11:1.got 990 Rectangle Port Heads Solid Cam.berkly Jet With A Bc Aggressor Impellor And Diverter And Ride Plate.it Turns The Kachina 5400 Rpms At Close To 80 Mph

I have a TX-19 Condor. 468BBC, 13-1, solid, Dominator with bronze B. It is running 85. It has diverter and ride plate. I haven't done any set-up work yet. I suspect it will run a little faster.

Hey! That's a game I always wanted to play. Take my motor and pump out of my Kachina and put it in a CP, TX, or tunnelboat. I was always curious as to how much faster these would run than what I have now without making any changes to the pump or motor.
Obviously it would take some setup work to optimize, but I'd think it would be faster.
Let us know?
