make sure your secondarys are closing all the way when you let off throttle.Sometimes mine get stuck from moisture when it sits then it wont open up and when i free it they dont quite close fully so wd40 in called in to fix.(usually happens the first time out for the year)

Hello, you said you had a new 750 vac holley.
Is the part # 3310? How high is your pri blade,
how far out are your idle screws? Sometimes if your blade is to high, it will pull fule from the
slots, witch would make fat . becouse you are into the transtion, and not just the idle.
When it is cold it likes that fule, and when it is hot its to fat. Just something to think about. Rammer

Timing? Fuel Filter? Linkage you reinstalled for this new carb, etc

Also....explain to me in detail what it is doing?
Where did you buy this carb? New or is it rebuilt new? Model number? 3310? how did you set it up?
Thanks
