Got a nice Italian meat loaf and mac and cheese baking, just opened a good bottle of Syrah.
Almost started watching the 6:00 East Coast feed, thinking it was a rerun...(LOL)
This is new to me. All my Sopranos watching to date was from the DVD's.
I'm holding on for the 9:00 show. HD on the big screen for the first time !

We were wondering the same thing too - who's dat guy dat wants ta go ta Flahridah?
Rest assured Tony is not dead. This is kind of the last season - they're showing 12 new episodes and then in 2007 they'll show 8 more and that's supposed to be it. All the shows are, I believe, already in the can (filmed).

That guys has been around quite a bit. He's a hit man under Christopher. Surprised to see him go out like that.
I was surprised the FBI was still hot on their asses. But they lost all three that flipped. Wonder what now on that front. That short fat focker seems like he might start a mess in the Soprano crew though. Interesting.

The guy who "retired" to Florida tonight was Eugene Pontecorvo, orginally a member of Ralph Cifaretto's crew. Eugene got his button at the same ceremony as Christopher.
Up till tonight, his Sopranos claim to fame was that his was the card game that Jackie Aprile, Jr. robbed when Furio got shot.

GOOD STUFF LAST NIGHT.
The ancient Egyptians postulated seven souls.
Top soul, and the first to leave at the moment of death, is Ren, the
Secret Name. This corresponds to my Director. He directs the film of your
life from conception to death. The Secret Name is the title of your film.
When you die, that's where Ren came in.
Second soul, and second one off the sinking ship, is Sekem: Energy,
Power, Light. The Director gives the orders, Sekem presses the right
buttons.
Number three is Khu, the Guardian Angel. He, she, or it is third man
out ... depicted as flying away across a full moon, a bird with luminous
wings and head of light. Sort of thing you might see on a screen in an
Indian restaurant in Panama. The Khu is responsible for the subject and can
be injured in his defense-but not permanently, since the first three souls
are eternal. They go back to Heaven for another vessel. The four remaining
souls must take their chances with the subject in the Land of the Dead.
Number four is Ba, the Heart, often treacherous. This is a hawk's body
with your face on it, shrunk down to the size of a fist. Many a hero has
been brought down, like Samson, by a perfidious Ba.
Number five is Ka, the Double, most closely associated with the
subject. The Ka, which usually reaches adolescence at the time of bodily
death, is the only reliable guide through the Land of the Dead to the
Western Lands.
Number six is Khaibit, the Shadow, Memory, your whole past conditioning
from this and other lives.
Number seven is Sekhu, the Remains.

They, HBO, kind of blew it when they showed Tony talking to Juliana Margulies in a market in the preshow. She plays a real estate agent who he'll prolly be banging so you know he won't die.
Also on IMDB shows next weeks cast as doctors and nurses.............nothing about funeral directors.
