Here is a couple of stills from some of the video footage I have on the test runs... The one shot where the boat is riding high was a result of some rollers I ran across at 100+ http://www.***boat.net/image_center/data/500/2172_1_2003_6_07_PM_0001.jpg http://www.***boat.net/image_center/data/500/2172_1_2003_8_08_AM_0001.jpg

Nice, I had a Daytona with the exact same colors, I think they pumped out that color scheme a lot in 1994. Good looking ride.

maximus- you might have done this already, but can you post some info on your setup? or just send me to a thread where you've already talked about it. Have you found the top speed of your boat yet?

maximus- you might have done this already, but can you post some info on your setup? or just send me to a thread where you've already talked about it. Have you found the top speed of your boat yet? Mike I am running a 540 chevy. Bow tie Pro stock block, lunati crank, Eagle rods, JE pistons, comp cams solid roller, aluminum dart 360 heads which were opened up a touch more, comp roller rockers with stud girdles, super chiller, Mooneyham 1471 blower, Enderle bird catcher, Imco super power flow exhaust, MSD 7al & so on... Current set up is 28% under on blower (6psi boost) timing is usually around 31 degrees. Pump is an American turbine & was done by Jack with a stainless "a" legend, agressor 9 vein bowl, place diverter & droop snoot. I am running a loader from MPD & using my own shoes & ride plate assembly. Current top speed is 109 at 6100-6300 rpms. This boat has full interior with side panels "big" stereo system, dual batteries, bimini top, swim steps, beer tap, master bedroom, jacuzzi, nice veranda...& a oops went a little to far... :)

Paul Grichar built the motor & has been by my side since we got it running. He is the "engine guru" period... He is also very good at making prop boats run fast. This is the first jet he has messed with... With a little help from jack at MPD we have come along way... H.B. I really don't know what kind of hp it has... I would be guessing if I said. The top speed that weekend was 109. In that video it should have been at least 106. That was my slowest run of the session. We will go faster next time! :)

It looks really nice and I sure love those 21' Daytona's. Jack is a good guy, I have him do all of my pump work. What's that tank in the back? Just a regular 3rd gas tank? :D
