cracks in keel - any quick fix for the weekend?

got a couple of 6 or 7" cracks in my keel. :mad:
is there any quick fix for a weekend or two 'til i can get it to the shop? :rolleyes:
i was doing some work on the bunks and found where it had been sitting on the rollers - damn dunbass trailer! burningm
sorry - no pics. maybe tomorrow.
thanks for any ideas cuz i really don't wanna hafta sit on the shore at the marina next weekend...

Try some stuff called Fiberal. You can get it at most Auto paint supply stores. Fill it in the crack then sand it. It's a lot like Kitty Hair if you are familliar with fiberglass products, but better IMO.
It won't be as good as if you fully repaired the crack properly, but will get you through the weekend for sure.

Be careful, the crack may have been there for awhile. Your keel stringer may be rotted out. Ouch, expensive.
