well after waiting 70+frigging days for our new trailer in parker it looks like its not going to happen.although it was a lock right up until friday we were suppose to sign doc's today, looks like no one is willling to take a chance on a older trailer no matter how redone it is.kinda sucks because we have stayed away from the river,missed op6(killed us)worked overtime etc'etc'to have it come down to this.even worse then that is there is nothing for sale i mean nothing in the 250k to 300k range.i should just buy in havasu naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

it does steve,we have a spot with a trailer on it already that we own with a nice beach just above roadrunner but we were looking for are retirement home.we will see, what ever is meant to be will be.

Sorry to hear the bad news....those lots sounds like a pretty good idea....You could get lots less in Havasu, but you will be day boating. From the pics that looks like a nice community...Also, up in Moonridge, the cabana is not even included...I think they charge like 30-40K extra....Good luck.
