Best RV Home Buys in Havasu

OK, I don't usually spam homes here because I don't want you guys to get sick of hearing from me, but I thought some of you might be looking for a good place to park the boat this season.
I currently have the lowest price newer home (3 years old) with a 40' boat deep garage currently on the market at $265K. I ran a search for homes under 5 years old with a boat deep bays over 36' and this one is the lowest price home currently listed. The next lowest on is $20K more at $285K and the next one is $300K. So $265K is a great deal.

built in 2003,
Built in dishwasher, Stove and refridgerator.
Tile floors and counters.
3 car garage with a 40' boat deep bay and 8' tall doors.

Where is the RV parking? Doesn't look like one will fit on either side.
I wasn't done posting yet. The recreation vehicles can park in the 40' garage. there is room on the side of the house for Motor home parking but you will have to put up a small retaining wall to get the full width. The Motor home garage house was posted after this one.

Sorry about that! We are looking for another house out there with a motorhome garage but I want a flat driveway and a little more backyard. We found a few but just waiting for them to sit on the market for a little longer and them to get a little hungry.

The RV garage house is on Shiawassee. Up McCulloch to Jamaica, left to Geronima, right to Osborne, left to Shiawassee, right. Nice area of newer houses and unbuilt lots. Enter the desert at the end of the street. I built the houses to the left and right of this one.
