If I remember correctly, they're built in the midwest and they have something to do with Dick Seebold of outboard racing fame. Now, I don't know how involved he is or was but about 8 or 9 years ago, they were using his name
alot. I remember they sent a deckboat out here that was well built and
looked like a production deckboat. then they came up with some boats that
looked just like 26 and 28 Sleek or Conquest Enforcers. they look awfully similar. Don't know how they worked and don't know what they cost but
that's what I know.

Seebold sold their pleasure boat business to Emerald some years back. Seebold was in St. Louis area and the boat line was Eagle Boats LTD. I had a 21' version that was real fast. They Sold to Emerald in Texas.
They retained the fast bottom design and changed the tops up a bit.
