$ .99 gas?

A friend of a friend said passing thru Oklahoma they bought unleaded regular for 99 cents. Any Oakies out there to confirm this? Big deal here in So Cal is that gas has dropped all the way down to $1.97. Where's the anger? I guess they are waiting for us to be happy when it drops to $1.79. Its going to cost a lot of us $200. round trip just to tow to the river...
