If your ever up river and need gas, Echo Lodge has a good gas dock (IMO)

We went to Needles last weekend and I almost died of shock. When I gassed my boat up in the marina, it was cheaper than the 2.50 a gallon gas the
Texaco and 76 in town. 2.49 gallon. I figured it would be 3 bucks at least. 92 octane also. Too bad my motorhome didn't float, I wouldn't have had to drive out to Bashas and get gas. ****ers

Big Bend is where we normally go (if we absolutely need gas on the water)...it is normally 75 cents a gallon higher than on land...sucks...
Don't pull off to get gas on Goff's road on the 40; gas there was 2.99 a gallon for 87....And with all the Watchtower magazines I thought they were Jehovah Witnesses there..."raping me for jesus"... :)

I bring gas containers and top off the gas every day.
I fill the containers in town, it's drier fuel and cheaper.
Usually 75 cents to a buck and a half cheaper in town.
The dock prices shouldn't have road use taxes,, and in theory, should be cheaper.
After a week of boating we save several million dollars.
The Mobil Premium seems to run the best.

Same here. I even stay at riverland. Not paying their 2.99...unless my leaf blower runs out of gas. I get gas at the 76 in parker and just pump it in my boat when I get back home...I normally go into town every night anyways so its no big deal

Yeah, the Buckskin "Pizza" place has the best gas dock. If ya have to gas up on the water.
Nothin much worse that gel coat damage on your holiday.
It was better when the Bald Headed brothers ran the place. Haven't seen them in a couple of years.
They kept the gas dock well padded, carpeted and cushioned.

Up until recently, The bald headed brothers used to have floats to tie on to just off the grassy area,, and a real cheap mid week pitcher of beer/pizza and handfull of gametoken special. I think 10 bucks.
They'd get ya back at the pump though. Their gas today I put usually at about a dollar thirty five over the stations in Parker,, a higher spread on big holidays. The daughter got me back at the Bikini store there too,, usually for a hundred bucks easy.
Always turned out to be an expensive $10 pizza.
Our trips are usually 10 day stays so it's worth it to us to fill in town. Usually save 600 bucks for the trip. A lot more savings when we had the twin jet drive.
Always seem to be headed into Spankies, the Desert bar, grocery,, some reason to hit town so getting cheaper gas was easy,, and I spent it on the kids.
When the gas in Avalon Harbor is cheaper than where you're at,, you're bleedin'.

River Land was $2.40 a gallon the week after Easter . Not to bad as gas was $2.15 here in Lakewood
