Happy Hour Monday in SCV

Anyone up for another Happy Hour get together Monday the 15th, somewhere in Santa Clarita?? A few of the RRX crew will be there, but we haven't decided on a place yet. Might do Claim Jumper, Rio Lobo or BJ's?? Not sure. Will post a decision soon!

Just for your FYI, starting the 15th Rio Lobo is starting late night Happy Hour - they'll be open till 1:00 am Sun-Thursday and 1:30 Friday & Sat - holy cow SCV is starting to jump (just a little - ha! ha!!!)

On the contrary, I believe sports activities promote delinquent habits even more. I see it as a balancing act......You'll know what I mean when we walk out of the gym and I light up a cigarette after I pop open a beer.

Rio Lobo is in the Valencia Town Center next to BJ's, directly across from Edwards Cinemas.
Take the 5 North to Valencia, exit and turn right. Take Valencia to McBean and go left. To Town Center Drive?, turn right. It is on your right. Parking is to either side.
Right next to Johnny Rockets, Poquito Mas...you can't miss it.

I am calling Monday and getting a reserved table in the bar under "RiverRacerX". I have never been there but I think the bar is dead center in the place. I doubt it will be very crowded on a Monday so we will be the loud obnoxious ones most likely.

The time was set and once again HTM Lady FLAKED on us !! First the Castaic trip and now drinks. Oh well, it was a great time still.
Chris/RRX is always a great host and found a nice location for us to hang out in. We had half price Margis and some of the best Taquitos (sp?) I've had in a long time. And I think they were half price as well. It was good to see the folks from the last outing and to meet some new. Fred and Denise, I'll be watching for your website. Thanks to Mike (Essex502) and Brian (No Regrets) for picking the hang out...Rio Lobo. It was pretty cool. Nice atmosphere, cool waiter who took good care of us. And some killer appetizers. I had 2 tasty tacos with a small side of beans and 3 well drinks for $8.00!!!
Looks like we will do it there again next time. How about a month from now??
Nice to see everyone again. Had over a dozen who showed. Hope you all had fun. See you soon.
