intake ???

my ? is this i have a 76 hawaiian with a jacuzzi yj pump with a contour intake are my only options with this setup the $2,000 energizer kit or can i buy a used berk pump and putit on my intake. i dont know shiat about pump set up or driveline angle. thanx ralph

Ralph,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but no you cannot bolt another pump to your Jacuzzi intake. It's unique to a Jacuzzi.
About your only option is to replace the intake if you want to change pumps.

I dont think the Berk will match up. Changing my intake now because the Domminator they had ontop of the Jaquzzi was way the hell off. Previous owner drilled the Dom. to fit, what an asshole.

IMO ,if you're gonna keep the boat, put a berk in it. If you think you may eventually sell it ,don't do it. Just remember when it comes time to unload this boat you will most likely not get your money back.
