house builder Havasu?

I posted this once before and got a few names but can't find them in the search. I am looking for a custom home builder in lake havasu. I am ready to start and would like to interview a few builders mid March. I am looking for a hands on quality builder. Any leads would be appreciated.

Try Tony Caputo Builders. Although he is one of the more expensive, he treated us right and the house is awsome.

the guy who built charley's house will be my next builder, although I believe he only does the pueblo style homes. The finished product that I saw speaks for itself.

Bob Janacek does great Sante Fe (pueblo)style homes and Steve Anderson the usual kind but equally as custom. Depending on your preference I'd strongly recommend either one.
If you'd like I'll get phone numbers and post or email them to you. Both builders do custom homes by the golf course and are highly regarded around town. :) :)

I talked to quite a few builders over this last year and found Brad Oxley of Oxley Homes was a straight forward, honest guy. He dd the drawing and the pricing on a custom house and his prices were made sense. He spent quite a bit of time with us on the details. It is nice to deal with the builder and the actual guy who will be on the site.

Our neighbors had a house build by Vander??????. They were pretty happy with him. He built them a 2500 square foot home on a hill in a short amount of time.

Does anyone know if the Havasu builders will build in Bullhead? Or am I limited to the builders in Bullhead?
I'll be spending Fri & Sat this week looking at lots and checking out builders in Bullhead.

i did before i was ready found some of them have a few complaints i used Tim Windholz great guy and understands what you want not just
what he likes to build

Hey Chad,
My brother is on his 3rd home with John Yollo of Signature Homes, (928) 854-8400.
Currently he is building a 4,500 square foot monster with a 5,000 square foot garage. I know Ryan from Slide Anchor just used Signature as well and is also very happy.

im trying to convince mr b to build a house instead of putting a mobil home on our land....probly about 1300 sq feet, it wouldent be THAT much more would it?????? argue
