When you hit reply, under the text box is a short stack of buttons, one of them is quote, plus bold, and some others. left click and highlight the part of the message you want to quote then right click and copy. Paste that in between the [quote] [quotes]....Just practice....There's even a forum for it!

Just hit the quotation marks in the top line of the post. There's 4 or 5 little icon deals and one of them is a set of quotation marks. No cut and paste involved. Click the quotes on the post you want to quote and you're done. :D
