its still on the market? I thought that would be gone by now, how deep is the garage? and how are the neighbors, are they locals, or weekend warriors like me?

its 7 miles from katherines and i cant believe it hasnt sold i over built it! one nieghbors resident the other is part time the garage is 22' deep im one mile from the river with the best launch ramp on the river!
