Buena Vista February 7-9

Ian and a few other people are planning a camping trip this weekend at B.V. From what I hear they will be going up Friday and staying until Sunday.
I will be going up Saturday morning and camping out with a few others.
Who ever is free for the weekend or even a day trip come out and enjoy the lake. :D

I heard they have a raccoon problem @ Buena Vista.
Eric, any truth to that. What time we leaving on Saturday? Anyone else from Lancaster, Quartz Hill
or Palmdale area want to go? It might be a little chilly, but we should have the lake to ourselves.

You ain't wrong. However, BV is only 1+15 hrs from us. No body there this time of year. Good for dialing things in on the boats. I have been to Nacamiento years ago. Had a great time. Maybe we can make it up there later this year. Do you ever get over to the Delta?

I took the Hallett up to the Delta last year in early Oct. It was a little cool in the mornings but nothing but great water. An old friend lives in Galt (30 min from Whimpys' Marina) so I will probably make it up there a couple of times this summer. JBRich & I are thinking about going up for Tower Park 3. Keep me informed as to dates.

We need just a couple good storms and it sounds like the water levels will be pretty good..
I'm planning a trip to San Antonio Aug 9&10, we camp at the south shore...My kids love chasing the deer through the campground...Just hope the wild pigs stay away from my coolers!
Probably hit Naci in June or July sometime...in between river trips!! :D

monteray county is planing on leting more water out sooner in the year
locals ar fighting it in court
but the more water in the lake to start with the more at the end of the year

gettin closer everyone!!! Rich, i'm gonna head out saturday afternoon also. my brother ADAM is not going to make it, he has a few basketball games. it will be me and a good friend of mine. he gets off of work @ noon so i will have to wait till he gets off then hit the road.
