I have an open room in my new house that I have decided to rent out. Its a can't miss deal for anyone interested in the West Valley of Phx. Would prefer 19-28 male, non smoker, but its open to offers.
For those that don't know about me: I'm a 22 yr old college graduate and I work for a Fortune 100 company. I love boats...and girls...and boats...and Havasu. You get the idea.
Lake trips come often, and roommates are invited.
There is a finders reward..we'll discuss at a later date.

How about a roommate that is a girl? Can she walk around naked all day? That is the only way a girl will be considered! And yes, an interview will take place and she will have to give a demonstration of how she will walk around naked! And if I need any help chosing, I will definately let you guys know. A second opinion is always helpful :D

Roln 20s Ha ha .. Sounds like an expensive roommate.. I’m sure you can find one at the local STr1p Bar.. just make sure you have room for her kid..
