Just off the AP wire:
RD to be featured as one of the 50 most intoxicated party hosts for 2003 in People Magazine. The actual voting will occur later in the year to determine the order of intoxicatin among the contestants. Word has it that the number of hours the host is unconscious will be a big factor in the rating.
No mention was made of being considered for the 50 most beautiful people or well dressed listings though.

AP, RD to be on cover of People Mag for OP6C Event
LAKE HAVASU CITY (AP) -- The excitement is at a fever pitch for this years Operation 6 Coolers event to be held somewhere on Lake Havasu. At the epicenter of the excitement is a red nosed Californian who goes by the screen name RiverDave. “I like to drink”, says the 26 year old OP6C host.
In an effort to restrict unwanted guests, the location of the event is being kept a tightly gaurded secret. Says RiverDave, “Those cut off short wearing Canadians are more dangerous than monkey pox.”
Perhaps unaware of the full extent of geo-political ramifications the event wields, RiverDave is philosophical about his selection by People magazine to host the cover of their next issue. “I wore my yellow cap to hide my bald spot and increase my chances of getting laid.”, squawks the conniving machinist. “Wearing caps backwards drives the honeys wild with passion.”
The interview ended when the interviewer ran out of the silver bullets he used to lure the young celebrity into the discussion. This is one reporter who will sleep better tonight knowing that men like RiverDave are out there bring us all just a little closer together.
