well www.classicboatbeachbash.com (http://www.classicboatbeachbash.com) has grown to 50 boats eek! and still going strong with four months till the event time is running out fast i would like all that registered with us ( www.classicboatbeachbash.com (http://www.classicboatbeachbash.com) ) i recommend that you make your reservations with the avi hotel and casino ( www.avicasino.com (http://www.avicasino.com) )and or call 1-800-AVI-2WIN and tell them that you are with the classic boat beach and your set ( you might have to ask for group sales it depends on the person that answers the phone)
with 50 boats we need to get all the space on the beach we can so please call in asap so we can get more beach space reserved! wink

The Avi was looking pretty good. The new wing is coming along and is all roughed in. Might be ready by August if they hurry. They will have lagoon views.
They renovated the other rooms that I saw. New colors and just nicer. Tile floors in the baths and not vinyl. Pool side rooms are nice but the windows only open about 6". You can't climb out them anymore. Might be a fire hazard too??
The new wing is on the South side and takes up a lot of the former boat parking area. The lights are down now and it is really dark at night along there so I moved at night and parked out by the gas station under the lights. The do have security roaming around on a golf cart all the time. I know cuz they busted us for setting off fireworks in the wrong spot.. :rolleyes: :)
The remodeled the buffet last year and it still looks good too.
Four nights was just over a hundred bucks!! Lost money at blackjack but won $65 on slots. This August is gonna be fun!!
