Okay all,
I need to know who is definitely going before I lay down the $250 deposit on the Visa.
I need to make sure there are ATLEAST thirty people going. Here are the stats I have so far:
Flat Brokes - 3
Hack Job - 1
Disco Charger - 1
77 Charger - 1
Mike F - 1
1 Step Closer - 3
Ultra21 - 2
Sykeo - 3
Hustler - 2
24RodJr - 2
75 Elim - 5
A grand total of 24 people, which is not enough for a private game. :( Let me know if I am missing anybody, or if your numbers have changed. I need to have all of this info by Monday, which is D-Day (deposit day).

Paintball is tentatively set for Staurday the 18th at SC Village in Corona. The cost is $33 per person, unless you have your own stuff and then it becomes $20. We are trying to get thirty people to go so we can have a private game.

Well, I cleared my calander for this event...I will definately be there. I will bring at least one extra person, most likely two.
If this group doesnt work out, all who are interested should still go...the price only goes up $5.00. We can do walk-on games all day.
I would hate for this to unravel if we cant get enough peeps.

I'm still in for 2 but will try to get a couple more. Won't know for sure till Tuesday. I'm planning on going either way so if we can't get to the 30, walk-on works for me. Just want to get out there. Another thought, it's a little far but camp pendleton has a park with about 8 fields and last I checked private games were 15 or more and cost $40/each which includes all the gear plus 500 paintballs. The price is $20 with your own gear. Take a look atCamp Pendleton Paintball (http://www.cppaintball.com). Looking forward to SC though since I've never been there.

SO this has basically fallen apart because I can't get a positive reply for thirty people. :( I'm sure you all understand that I don't feel comfortable putting $240 on my card without the positive numbers. We are trying to decide if we are still going to go and do walk-ons, so I will post more on that tomorrow!
Sorry to all of you who made special arrangements to come out and play, but with the threat of losing the deposit, I can't make that move.

Em, I know that I want to go and still plan on going. But, Because of my new job, and I'm supposed to get in touch w/ the manager on Friday, I cannot commit 100% to guaranteeing that I will be there on Sat. I will keep in touch wink .

So, did this thing die? Too bad, I think Miss Flat Broke did a great job putting it together and I think she had way more participants than anyone else was able to get but it's hard enough trying to get your buddies to commit to something like this much less people you don't really know. Anyway, my wife and I are still planning on going so if you see a white suburban with yellow flames at SC, don't shoot me (or my wife).
