Hope for Lake Mead

Well the Fed's are going to close the gates at Hoover Dam (Lake Mead) by 13% which is a start in slowing the declining lake level. We Californians will have to bathe and drink 13% less water. I can live with that.
Now we need some real run-off in the Rockies to refill Lake Powell and get more water coming down the Colorado thru the Grand Canyon. Hope it takes less than five years. Its time for a rain dance...
