I guess he already has a couple other boats and he needs the money not another debt.
mbrown2, Ill make you a deal: Hes asking 19k, You go buy the boat for 18, take the engine out and Ill give you 4K for everything else. Youll have a motor for 14K which is half price (it only has 30 hours on it) what do you think?? :D
