Cleaning fee is usually around 75 bucks, and if you **** shit up, then it's a lot more.

Ok called the place and the cleaning fee is about 100. 400 is what you get back. That is alot better...... :rolleyes:

I'd be interested in renting one in the near future if it is in fact her as I've seen both of her houses and there both very nice inside/out.
RD If it is her RD, then the 5 BR is up $20/night. She told me $275/night last year. I think she usually wants a 3 night minimum too.
