Looking at making a weekend trip to Raystown Lake on the weekend after Labor Day. Would anyone be interrested? This would give us a chance to check it out and see what you think.

I (could) be up for that...but that then would cancel my trip to Anna, at least for me. And I was really hopeing to see some familiar faces from Anna again...at least one more time.

I won't mind the extra drive........I've been there(not by boat) it looks like a really cool place, I'm down for it!

Im probaly up for a trip. I spoke with Shirkey4750 last night. It is about 10 minutes shorter for him then going to Anna.

That weekend is good for us. Allways wanted to visit Raystown lake. Shouldn't be as crowded after Labor Day.

Lodge at Raystown has 30 rooms available. But you must book Fri and Sat night. The closer we get to Sept 6th, they might open up the rooms for Sat only. Rate: $99 non refundable.
Huntingdon Days Inn has 10 rooms available. Located 3 miles from a ramp.
Rate: $75 since it is a Penn State home game. ($65 regular) 814.643.3934
9 Rooms left there. I just booked. :D I will probably change over to the lodge if they open up Sat night rooms.

Ok I want the Skinny on the rooms. What one is the non Cell Block type room? I want my extra roll of T/P included.... :D

I just reserved my room at the Lodge for Sept. 5th and 6th. Will be staying both Friday and Saturday night. Room resevations include access to the lodge boat ramp. Hope to be on the water friday afternoon.
