People on this board are glad to help with almost any kind of problem.
Most people will meet a lot of good people to call friends who give good
advice when needed and will also slap you down if you need that too.
To avoid getting "slapped down" before you get a chance to meet people
follow some of the guidelines listed below:
1. Drink Beer while using the forums
2. If you have a question about the boards or how to work or navigate the various features on this site perform a "search" on the forums. This will give you 90% of your answers
3. If you respond to a post with sarcasm be prepared!!! You are now open game!!. Don't get offended when people jump in your sh!t.
4. Feel free to ask all the questions you like. Most of the people here have large egos and it makes them feel useful to help you out.
5. Try to stay on topic in a thread. Hijacking someoneÂ’s topic may result in them hijacking your topic just for revenge

7. If you're a left-leaning liberal and/or a socialist, please send your views to Catmando or search the boards for other such topics and send them to like minded people. You are definitely in the minority and will likely catch a lot of chit. Most of us don't want to read anti-US posts on this board
8. If you feel the need to start or jump into a thread discussing politics, morals or sex be forewarned!!! You WILL be called on your views and expected to back up your claims with facts or be subject to extreme ridicule. You will be jumped on with both feet. Feel free to jump back.
9. Some of the favorite topics on this forum are:
Trucks (yes, there is a tow rigs forum but...)
Motorcycles
River DaveÂ…(recently for some reason RD and Boozer are mentioned in the same posts very frequently)
Stuff that's gay (not to be confused with gay people)
Beer drinking apparatuses (apparati?)
Pasties
Hotties in general
10. All of the women on this site are Hotties. Don't ever forget this!!!! We need more women participating in this forum!!
11. Keep most of the above type post in the sandbar or the benchracers forums. While we do like to have a good time in here, but at times we do talk about boats and actually ask technical questions about our rides. Keep the technical forums open for this purpose.
12. Remember the only thing better than boating is sex. Pictures of boats are great. Pictures of sex are great (hotboatpics.com) but pictures of sex on your boat are the best!!(hotboatpics.com)
13. WHEN WEATHER PERMITS DO NOT POST ON THIS BOARD!!!!! ENJOY THE WATER!!!!!!!!!
14. If the weather is crappy or you have to work and are stuck at home, come here and HAVE FUN!!!!!!
15. ONE LAST THING: Always drink plenty of BEER!!!!!!
