I need a new prop for my boat is the bravo1 the best or are there beter brands out there
And best place to buy ???????

Labbed Bravo suppose to be the best, but sometimes another will work better on the particular boat. If you are in Havasu, some places will let you try a few out to see what works best with your boat.. I'm pretty sure Lakeland Marine will let you try some out. Ask for Lou or Rich.
you can talk to Dennis Cavanaugh (sp?) @ Mercury Racing, he is the prop expert.

3 or 4 blade? sounds about right, but if you shop around you should be able to find a little cheaper... maybe $750-800

Why not hold out for the new Mercury Maximus? It's only money (I can say that cuz it's not my money!) wink

its a 4 blade
im runing a bravo 1 26p dinged it up a littel
im thinking of buying a labbed 28p
has any one ever used michigan wheel props

I think Michigans are more of a stock replacement type prop, I don't think you would really see any performance gains. R&R Prop here in Henderson is supposed to do some really nice work, you might talk to them about reworking your current setup.

michigan wheel has a 13 3/4 27p 4 blade
that wold work for my app
i need a spair but im not shure if I want to to reworking my old one and buy a cheep spair
or buy a good new one and keep the old one for spair
