Free DOG, Please Read

My neighbor is looking for a good home for a very special dog. He said
it's really lovable and friendly with kids, but his wife said the dog
makes her nervous when it stares at her and she wants it out of the
house. Sounds like a pretty stupid reason to me. Anyway, take a look at
the picture and tell me what you think.
