i dont go there for anyting now.Most of the parts counter people dont know shit about motors and i hate when they ask what vehicle,year,4wd,2wd,1/2 ton 3/4 ton,all for just a little part then you tell them a 350 chevy and they ask if thats a 5.7,6.2,7.4,

I just realized something weird though. They are the only auto parts store I have ever been to that offers a 10% military discount. This doesn't add up.
I wonder if the employees failed to mention that they were reservists on their applications or something?
I am going to look a little deeper into this before I take my recommendations and money elsewhere.

Military life is hard enough on the individual and their family. To have to put up with this crap at home is BS.

It doesn't matter if they mentioned that they were Reservists or not on their aplications.
Federal Law prohibits employers from discriminating against anyone because of current or future Military service.
If someone enlisted, left their current job and did a 3 year hitch on Active Duty, they are entitled to their job back when they return. They must hire the person back in the same, or comparable job if the service is less than 4 years, as long as they remain qualified for the position.
