Does anyone here own or operate a marina? Know anyone that does?

Hey Gnarly:
I'm a marina customer, which I know doesn't count. :) If you don't have any luck here, I recommend posting an inquiry on the rec.boats newsgroup -- I've seen marina owners post there from time to time in the years I've been following that newsgroup.

Gnarley, I almost purchased the New Hogan Marina as a joint venture last summer so I did alot of research on the business side of it, and know the owner very well, also the Pardee Marina..what do you need?
